Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and swimwear are not eligible for return.

  Submit Request

  Log in to your Al-Ikhsan account to initiate a return request online, or visit any of our retail outlets nationwide with your original tax invoice or receipt.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging. For online returns, affix the provided return label and drop the parcel at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
